1/3 lbs. mushrooms
12 medium sized shrimp
1/4 cup of onions, diced
1 tbsp. garlic, diced
2 green chilis, diced
1 mini sweet pepper, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. oil
Instructions
Wash each mushroom and cut them into 4 equal parts.
Take a large saucepan and melt 1 tbsp. of butter on it on medium high heat. Also add 1 tbsp. of oil to it as well. Once the butter is melted, add the shrimp and cook it until it's golden brown, then remove it from the saucepan.
On the same saucepan, melt another tablespoon of butter and add the rest of the oil. Once the butter is melted, add the onion and garlic. Saute them until the onions take on a golden color, then add the cut mushrooms. Add the rest of the butter and 1/2 tsp. of salt to the mushrooms, then cook it for 2 minutes medium heat.
Add the peppers to the mushrooms and continue cooking it until the sweet peppers are soft. Now add the shrimp into the pan, and add 1 tsp. of salt to it. Cook it until everything is cooked and combined. Serve it hot with a bed of rice.
