This recipe is for all you with a sweet tooth! It's a rich chocolate cupcake that's fluffy and moist!
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup oil
1 cup milk
2 large eggs ( preferably room temperature )
2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixer, add sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda and mix on low.
Add in room temperature eggs, one at a time, still mixing on low.
Add in milk, oil, vanilla extract and salt and mix on medium speed until there are no more lumps.
Place the cupcakes on the oven rack and cook for 15-18 minutes. (time varies on different ovens.)
Serve with your favorite icing!
