A summer snack you're sure to enjoy! With simple ingredients and a rich sauce, this is easily one of our family favorites.
Ingredients:
Rice paper sheets
Warm water
Rice noodles
Carrots
Lettuce
Cilantro
Boiled Shrimp
Salt
Garlic powder
Peanut Sauce:
Peanut butter
Sriracha
Soy sauce
Brown sugar
Instructions:
Cut up carrots, lettuce, and cilantro into thin 4-5” pieces.
Steam the shrimp with garlic powder and salt to taste, and slice in half.
Boil the rice noodles and set it aside.
With lukewarm water in a big bowl, dip the rice paper sheets and lay it on a flat surface.
Add the carrots, lettuce, cilantro and rice noodles in the middle and fold in the sides, like how you would make a burrito.
Before fully finishing your wrap, add in 2-3 pieces of shrimp and finish rolling.
Serve with peanut sauce!
