Vietnamese Rolls

A summer snack you're sure to enjoy! With simple ingredients and a rich sauce, this is easily one of our family favorites.

 

Ingredients:


Rice paper sheets

Warm water

Rice noodles

Carrots

Lettuce

Cilantro

Boiled Shrimp

Salt

Garlic powder


Peanut Sauce:

Peanut butter

Sriracha

Soy sauce

Brown sugar

 

Instructions:

  1. Cut up carrots, lettuce, and cilantro into thin 4-5” pieces.

  2. Steam the shrimp with garlic powder and salt to taste, and slice in half.

  3. Boil the rice noodles and set it aside.

  4. With lukewarm water in a big bowl, dip the rice paper sheets and lay it on a flat surface.

  5. Add the carrots, lettuce, cilantro and rice noodles in the middle and fold in the sides, like how you would make a burrito.

  6. Before fully finishing your wrap, add in 2-3 pieces of shrimp and finish rolling.

  7. Serve with peanut sauce!
