There's nothing wrong with normal chicken wings, but if you want to add some more spice and flavor into it, you can always try this recipe! These chicken wings are spicy, buttery, tender, and delicious, so I think you should try them!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds of fresh chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of cajun seasoning
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Butter Sauce
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of crushed pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of cajun spice
Instructions
In a large bowl, take your chicken and mix it in with all of the spices, along with the baking powder. Marinate it for an hour.
Place the chicken in the air fryer for 25 minutes at 400 degrees fahrenheit. 15 minutes through, flip the chicken and continue cooking.
Take your melted butter and pour it into a large bowl. Add the rest of the spices to the butter and mix it well.
Take your cooked chicken wings and place all of them into the sauce. Toss the wings around in it, coating it with the sauce. Serve while it's hot.
