Impress your guests with this beautiful and delicious apple rose pastries! These pastries taste amazing and are packed with lots of flavors.
Ingredients
- 1 red apple
- 3 sheets of puff pastry
- 1 1/2 tbsp. of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 2 tbsp. of melted butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
Cut the apple in half and slice it thinly
Heat up the sliced apples in a microwave for 45 seconds. Doing this will make the apple softer and maulable.
Combine the sugar and cinnamon. Then take the puff pastry and brush butter on one side. On the same side, add the sugar and cinnamon mixture to it. Place the sliced apples on the puff pastry, slightly overlapping.
Fold the puff pastry horizontally so the apples are sticking out, yet secure in place. Brush on more melted butter on it and add more of the cinnamon sugar mix on it.
Put the pastries in a cupcake tray and Bake it in the oven for about 45 minutes. Allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes and dust them with powdered sugar.
