Baked Tilapia

This is a bangladeshi take on baked tilapia. It's spicy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious!

 

Ingredients

- 2 whole tilapia

- 2 tsp. salt

- 1 tsp. turmeric

- 1 1/2 tsp red chili powder

- 1 tsp. ground coriander

- 1 tbsp. oil

 

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the tilapia, then make 3 slashes on the body on both sides.

  2. Combine all of the spices in a small bowl and spread it on both sides of the fishes. Drizzle the oil on the fish and spread it on both sides. Then allow it to marinate for one hour.

  3. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees fahrenheit. Place the fish on a greased baking tray.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes. After 15 minutes during the baking process, flip both fish and continue baking until it is done. Serve with rice, and enjoy!
