Stuffed mushrooms so creamy and delicious, you'll wonder why you didn't try this recipe before! Not only that, It's also very simple and easy!
Ingredients
- 20 medium sized mushrooms
- 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 of a medium sized onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño, diced
- 1/4 tsp. of salt
- 1/4 tsp. of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder
- Cheese of choice (I used mozzarella and parmesan)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Wash the mushrooms well and remove the stems of the mushrooms. Dry them well and dice them.
Mix the diced stems with the cream cheese, onion, and jalapeño.
Once combined, add the spices to the stuffing and mix well.
Stuff the mushrooms with the stuffing. After topping the mushrooms with cheese, place them on an oven safe pan, lightly greased.
Bake them for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are soft and the tops are golden.
Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
