This is a great appetizer for parties or small get-togethers for your family and friends. It's easy, cheesy, and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 Crescent dough sheet
- 1/2 lbs. of chicken breast
- 4 mini peppers, chopped
- 1 chopped jalapeno
- 1/2 cup of sliced onion
- Mozzarella cheese
- 3 slices of turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Instructions
Stir-fry the chicken and peppers with the onion on medium-high heat, then add the spices and soy sauce. Remove from heat when done.
Open the crescent dough and cut it into 4 equal parts. Cut each part into 3 equal triangles.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit. Get a large round pan and place parchment paper on it. Take a small bowl and place it in the center. Place the crescent triangles around the bowl, with the short side touching it. Remove the bowl when done.
Place the chicken and vegetables on the crescent ring, distributing it equally. Sprinkle your turkey bacon on it, then the mozzarella cheese. Now fold the ends of the crescent over the stuffing and close them. Brush an egg wash over it.
Bake it for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve it while it's hot.
