Chicken Seekh Kebab

These Kebabs are juicy and full of flavor! They are great at anytime of the day with some naan bread!


 

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground chicken

  • 1/2 cup mint leaves

  • 7 cloves garlic

  • 1/2 cup cilantro

  • 4 green chilis

  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 2 tsp. ginger paste

  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. garam masala

  • 1 tsp. crushed chili

  • 1 tsp. ground coriander

  • 1 tsp. cumin powder

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs

 

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add the mint leaves, garlic, cilantro, chili's, a red bell pepper, and the onion. Process it until everything is combined nicely.

  2. In a large bowl, take your ground chicken and combine it with the spices, ginger paste, crushed chili, an egg, and the breadcrumbs. Now take the contents from your food processor and combine it with the chicken. Marinate it for an hour.

  3. Heat up your grill and lightly grease it. Take your skewers and place the chicken on each of them. Once your grill is hot enough, place the chicken kebabs on the grill and grill it for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve it with naan or pita bread.
