These Crab Phyllo cups are so cute and delicious. Perfect for a party appetizer. Definitely give it a try.
Ingredients
1 pack cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
2 cups crab meat, chopped
1/2 cup of green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 sheets of phyllo dough
1/2 tsp. melted butter
Instructions
Mix the cream cheese, soy sauce, and the sesame oil together in a bowl. Then add the crab meat, green onion, salt, and pepper to it and mix well.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit. Cut the phyllo dough in half vertically, then cut it into 3 squares.
Grease a cupcake tray and place 2 squares of phyllo dough in each cup, then brush melted butter in each of them. Place the filling in each cup and place an additional square of phyllo dough on top. Brush the tops with more butter and place it in the oven for 30 minutes. Garnish with more green onion and serve while its warm. Enjoy!
