Grilled Chicken Breakfast Wrap

This is a Grilled chicken and egg wrap that is not only delicious, but also healthy and easy to make. Perfect for any time of the day!

 

Ingredients

- 1 large tortilla

- 1 grilled chicken leg and thigh

- Sliced tomato

- Sliced avocado

- 1 egg omelet

- Mozzarella

- Sriracha

 

Instructions

  1. Cut the tortilla starting from the center to the edge of the bread.

  2. Divide the tortilla in 4 equal parts and place the chicken in one. Do the same for the sliced tomato, avocado, and the egg omelet, all taking up one part of the bread.

  3. Add the mozzarella cheese on the tortilla, then add sriracha sauce on the chicken and egg only.

  4. Fold the bread quarter by quarter until you have a triangle wrap.

  5. Put the wrap in a panini grill or a pan and cook until golden brown, then serve and enjoy!
