These mini cream rolls are not just beautiful to look at, they are super delicious and easy to make!
Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. of melted butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Cut the puff pastry into 9 strips. Wrap it around a cone shaped cream roll mold and brush them with melted butter.
Place them in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove them from the molds and let them cool.
In a bowl, whip together the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and the vanilla extract. Stop when you have the consistency of whipped cream.
Take the contents and put them in a piping bag, then cool it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Pipe the cream in the rolls until it is filled. Repeat until you have filled all of them. Sprinkle some powdered sugar on the rolls and enjoy!
